Right On!

Rhonda Locklear shares her story and details the hardships of a life without high speed internet. I was not aware of a constitutional provision, affording all citizens the right to high speed internet.

People don’t seem to be able to separate the concepts of NEED and WANT. Sure you may be able to complete school work faster with high speed internet, but if you can’t afford it, that doesn’t automatically mean that someone should provide it to you. Libraries have computer access with broadband internet, as do college campuses. Use your resources if those at home do not meet your current needs.
